Allana Ferguson bio
Allana played in Australia at Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries made her be absent for a few seasons, before she switched to the Rugby League. The first time Allana played in a rugby league game for women was in the year 2015. She was a good player against Queensland and represented New South Wales. Allana added radio to the game, and has regular appearances as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana has a full teaching qualification outside of sports. Allana Ferguson is the only Australian to represent Australia in both rugby sevens and in rugby league in addition to touch. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos athlete who played the rugby league for a number of years was forced to close her professional career prematurely after she tore her ACL for the fourth time. Ferguson injured her ACL four times before, at ages 15, 17 and 20. The fourth time she suffered the injury, her playing career was ended. Ferguson is JILLAROOS's player who had to retire earlier due to a fourth accident to her left ACL. Ferguson was the JILLAROOS' player, revealed the news to The Courier Mail this week after suffering a niggle while training back in November.
